Management board committees
Investment Committee
Committee is a permanent collegial body of the Company reporting to the Company’s Management Board, drafting general investment policy for private equity funds and the Company’s treasury portfolio, as well as risk management policy. The body takes resolutions on the limits on issuers and second-tier banks, and submits appropriate recommendations to the Company's Management Board. Its main purpose is to organize, plan and control the Company’s investment activity, manage the treasury portfolio, and the risk management system in accordance with the Company's internal regulations.
Chairperson of the Committee:

- Member of the Management Board (in charge of financial activities);
- Managing Director (in charge of risk management);
- Managing Director (in charge of legal affairs);
- Managing Director (in charge of portfolio funds);
- Managing Director (in charge of captive funds).
Planning and evaluation Committee
Committee is a permanent collegial body of the Company reporting the Company's Management Board. The Planning and evaluation Committee aims to ensure timely and high-quality planning of the Company's budget and development plan.
Chairperson of the Committee:
Member of the Management Board (in charge of financial activities);
Members of the Committee:
- Member of the Management Board (in charge of operations);
- Head of the structural unit responsible for accounting and tax reporting, including preparation of financial and tax statements;
- Head of the structural unit responsible for investments in private equity portfolio funds;
- Head of the structural unit responsible for corporate development and international relations;
- Head of the structural unit responsible for coordination of the budgeting process.
Strategy and Corporate Development Committee
The Committee is a permanent collegial body of the Company. The goals of the Committee are planning and organizing activities to improve the efficiency of the implementation of the Company's development strategy, ensure the improvement of the corporate governance system, the introduction of sustainable development in the activities of the Company and its subsidiaries, in accordance with their internal regulations.

- Managing Director (in charge of risk management);
- Managing Director (in charge of portfolio funds);
- Managing Director (in charge of procurement and human resource management);
- Head of the structural unit responsible for corporate development and international relations;

- Head of the structural unit responsible for treasury operations.
