Yerbolat Zholat was appointed Chairman of the Board

By the decision of the Sole Shareholder of NMH "Baiterek" JSC dated December 4, 2023, Zholat Yerbolat Bauyrzhanuly was appointed Chairman of the Management Board and a member of the Board of Directors of Qazaqstan Investment Corporation JSC.
Yerbolat Zholat has a law and economics education, as well as a Master's degree in Business Administration. He has extensive experience working in business structures, the quasi-public sector in the field of finance, including in leadership positions.
He started his career in 2002. He held various positions in the corporate sector in groups of companies such as Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan JSC, NC Kazakhstan Temir Zholy JSC.
In 2015, he started working at the National Managing Holding Baiterek JSC, where he held various managerial positions at different times. He has been working at Qazaqstan Investment Corporation JSC since 2020. Prior to his appointment as Chairman of the Management Board, he held the position of Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of Qazaqstan Investment Corporation JSC.
