Didar Karimsakov was appointed Chairman of the Management Board of Qazaqstan Investment Corporation JSC

The resolution of the Sole Shareholder of Baiterek NMH JSC appoints Didar Nurlybekovich Karimsakov as the Chairman of the Management Board and member of the Board of Directors of Qazaqstan Investment Corporation (QIC) starting from March 17, 2025. 

Didar Karimsakov graduated from Narikbayev Kazakh Humanitarian Law University with a degree in Jurisprudence.

His total work experience is more than 15 years, including more than 5 years in managerial positions.

He started his career as a consultant on legal issues of the legal support sector at the Republican Center for Space Communications JSC.

Between 2008 and 2019, he worked in various companies of the public and private sectors namely Samruk-Kazyna Invest LLP, Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC, Republican newspaper “Kazakhstanskaya Pravda” JSC, QazTech Ventures JSC, QazTrade Center for Trade Policy Development JSC.

Previously Didar Karimsakov held the position of Managing Director of Kazyna Capital Management JSC, which after rebranding in 2023 changed its name to Qazaqstan Investment Corporation JSC.

Prior to his appointment as Chairman of the Management Board of QIC, he held position of Chairman of the Management Board of International Center for Green Technologies and Investment Projects.
