Nicholas Page

Mr. Page has more than 30 years of professional experience in international finance and M&A transactions.

Mr. Page is a member of the Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (ICAEW) and is also a member of the ICAEW Sustainability Committee. During his career, Mr. Page has been a non-executive director of ESG Book, a leading independent ESG data business, CFO of Arabesque Holding Ltd, a UK-headquartered sustainability and AI asset management company, and was previously a partner in PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in the UK, where he advised financial institutions and private equity investors on mergers and acquisitions and held a number of management positions. Mr. Page has also served as a non-executive director on the boards of directors of the international fertilizer business EuroChem Group AG and the coal mining operation of the SUEK Group.

At the end of October 2020, he was elected an independent member of the Board of Directors of Qazaqstan Investment Corporation JSC. From April 22, 2022, he was re-elected as an independent member of the Board of Directors of Qazaqstan Investment Corporation JSC.

Since June 30, 2023, he was elected by the decision of the Board of Directors of the Company as the Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee, and a member of the Committee for Strategic Planning and Corporate Development and of the Committee for Personnel, Remuneration and Social Affairs.

Mr. Page graduated with honours from Loughborough University in 1990 with a degree in Civil Engineering and is a fellow of the ICAEW.

He is a member of the Board of Directors of BGlobal Ventures Limited which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Qazaqstan Investment Corporation JSC.

Does not hold shares in affiliated companies.
