Born on July 20, 1954 in Korea

He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Golden Gate University (San Francisco, USA, 1982), as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration degree (Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, 1979) from California State University, San Jose.

Mr. Kim is an international senior executive and independent director with over 40 years of experience in the mining, energy, banking, aviation, and renewable energy industries in North America and Central Asia.

Kevin Kim started his professional career at Chevron Corporation in 1979. In 1993, he arrived in Kazakhstan as part of the founding team of Tengizchevroil LLP, one of the country's most successful international joint ventures. In subsequent years, he held senior management positions, financial management, and served on the boards of several large industrial companies in Kazakhstan, including KazMinerals, IGTIC, and Qazaq Air. His long-term experience covers corporate governance, finance, regulation and business development in Kazakhstan and Central Asian countries.

Mr. Kim is a founding member of the Board of Directors of the American Chamber of Commerce in Kazakhstan and a former President of the Canada–Kazakhstan Business Association.

Previously, Kevin Kim served as an independent director in a number of leading public and private organizations in Kazakhstan, including the International Center for Green Technologies and Investment Projects (IGTIC), Agrarian Credit Corporation JSC and Qazaq Air, where he was actively involved in strategic development, corporate governance and organizational transformation.

Kevin Kim is an independent director and Chairman of the Audit and Risk Management Committee of NavoiyUran, one of the world's largest uranium mining companies in Uzbekistan. Since 2022, he has been a founding member of the Supervisory Board and its committees.

He does not own shares in affiliated companies.
