Yerbolat Zholat

By the decision of the Sole Shareholder on the 4th of December 2023 Yerbolat Zholat was appointed as the Chairperson of the Management Board and a member of the Board of Directors of Qazaqstan Investment Corporation JSC. 

He has 20 years of experience in the field of law and corporate governance.

He started his career in 2002.

Since 2010, he has been working in various positions in the corporate sector in groups of companies such as Halyk Bank JSC, Kazakhstan Temir Zholy NC JSC.

In 2015, he started working in group of companies of Baiterek National Managing Holding JSC until he was transferred to Qazaqstan Investment Corporation JSC in 2020.

Prior to his current position, he held the post of Managing Director for Legal Affairs at Qazaqstan Investment Corporation JSC.

In 2002 he graduated from S.Toraighyrov Pavlodar State University (Pavlodar) majoring in Law.

Candidate of Legal Sciences.

In 2016, he completed his studies at the Karaganda Economic University of Kazpotrebsoyuz (Karaganda), with a degree in Economics and Business.

In 2020, he was awarded the degree of Master of Business Administration at Almaty Management University (Almaty) and qualification of Master of Business Administration at St. Petersburg State University (St. Petersburg).

Currently, Y.B. Zholat does not have a part-time job.

Y.B. Zholat does not have a membership in Board of directors of other organizations.

She does not own shares of affiliated companies.

Citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan.​
