Baiterek Holding launched a single Contact Center
National Management Holding Baiterek JSC, as part of the implementation of the digitalization strategy, reported the launch of a single Contact Center with the number 7077.
The purpose of the contact center is to simplify the process of interaction with the Holding and its subsidiaries, providing customers with a single window to receive information, consultations and prompt resolution of issues.
The single number 7077 can be used to receive consultations on products and services of the Holding's subsidiaries, including Qazaqstan Investment Corporation and on the use of the Unified Business Support Portal "Bgov", as well as to obtain up-to-date information on business support programs.
The call is free for subscribers of all mobile operators of the Republic of Kazakhstan.Join to our team
